General Information
DPH dust collectors are high-efficiency modular filtration units made to work for a pressure differential of up to 150” H2O. As a result, they can be operated under negative pressure even with our high-performance turbines, providing better control of the process and ensuring pollutants will remain in the system. Our standard cartridges filter 99.9% of particles at 0.5 µm (the size of welding fume particles ranges between 0.005 and 20 µm).
DPH dust collectors only require frontal access for maintenance purposes. They come with particle deflectors to protect filters, a non-stop reverse pulse jet self-cleaning system with its compressed air tank, and a 24-gallon accumulation drum.
We can customize them with many options, including a 45-gallon drum, an explosion vent (NFPA standards), sprinklers, temperature monitoring, a blast gate for the accumulation drum, or a control panel. Henlex dust collectors are designed for indoor or outdoor use.

Dust collectors are usually required in two scenarios. First, when you want to recirculate the extracted air in your plant to save energy costs (especially in cold climates where it is expensive to heat fresh air from the outside). It could also be required by law if you want to send the welding fumes extracted by the system outside. DPH dust collectors work either with our high-volume blowers, usually used with Capture Arms, or high-pressure turbines, traditionally combined with AIRGOMIG welding guns.
